How do I get the Pokemon dialga in Pokemon pearl?

Unfortunately, the Legendary Pokemon Dialga is a Pokemon that is only available exclusively on Pokemon Diamond. This means that if you want to obtain a Dialga on your save file on Pokemon Pearl, you may have to do some things you would normally not do. One such thing is that you might use a cheat code for Dialga to appear on your game by using the Action Replay cheating device. If you buy an Action Replay DS, then you will find a code that will let you catch a Dialga. Alternatively, you could also just trade with someone who has Pokemon Diamond. Some might not be willing to trade their Dialga to you, but some will be more than willing to. Hope this helps.
You can't get dialga in pearl only in diamond or you can trade with people to get it.....
You can't get Dialga in pearl but to do so you have to trade or use an Action Replay.I prefer you trade for Dialga.
