How do you battle other people over nintendo wi-fi connection that ARE NOT IN YOUR PEN PAL!?!?!?!Plz respond soon

Hmmm, you could try using the Global Trading Station. Trade with people, and if you can, get them to give you their friend code. To be honest though, I do not think that you can battle other Pokemon Players without knowing their friend code. We have a Pokemon Battle Forum here on Supercheats. It is where you can make a topic, post your friend code, the rules of the battle, and so on and so forth. You can find a link to the Pokemon Battle Forum below. Be sure that you read the forum rules before posting or your topic might get closed.
