Where do yuo get the HM rock climb
Can anyone please tell me where you get the HM move rock climb from.

Yeah, I can help you. If you want to find the HM rock climb, then you need to be on your way to Snowpoint City. While on your way to Snowpoint City, you should get stuck in a small blizzard with only a house or to around you. To see this house, then go into the blizzard above Route 217. Once you are at the house, you should see a Pokeball behind the house if you look close enough. If you do not see it then make sure that you are the right place by talking to the hiker inside, he should say he dropped the HM outside. Now, you will know that you are in the right place so all you have to do is search the area. Be thorough in your search, and soon enough, you will find it. Hope this helps.
