Hey, I once read somewhere that a jolly heracross was, like as good as a legendary. So I went to my boxes to check if I even had a heracross. Guess What? I did, and it had a jolly nature. :-) Anyway, I was wondering why they were so good, and if I should try to focus on training it or not.
Thanks!!!

Well, I would not say that it is as good as a Legendary Pokemon, but a Heracross that has a Jolly nature is very good. Having a Jolly nature makes a Pokemon really fast, faster than most of the other natures that Pokemon can have at any rate. I will tell you that you should definitely invest a lot of your time and effort into training that Heracross. It will come to payoff one day soon. Also, yes David, Heracross does totally rock.
Hope this helps.
Its just a good nature to have on a heracross. Jolly nature increases a pokemons speed by about 10% and lowers their special attack by about 10%. This is good on heracross because he get a little boost in speed which helps tremendously and he has no business using special attacks so the -10% doesnt really hurt him at all. With the generation heracross has gained the move close combat, which in combination with megahorn, makes him toast people pretty hard. Give him stone edge and earthquake/aerial ace/pursuit while holding a choice scarf or a choice band (preferably band with jolly) and he will tear through people pretty quick. Maybe I'm a bit biased but I think heracross totally rocks.
