Pokemon modifier? You mean the Action Replay code that lets you modify a Pokemon's moves? I do not have the code myself, but I do know where you can find it. Follow the link below and you will see the page that has all the Action Replay codes that Supercheats has for Pokemon Pearl. You can find the move modifier code there.
