Go to fullmoon island use the go through anything actionreplay code and go right until you get to new moon island darkrai is there

Yes there is a cheat to get your hands on a legendary Darkrai. You can find this cheat code by following the link at the top of the page, or at the bottom of my answer, your choice. Alternatively, you could obtain a Darkrai by trading someone who has a Darkrai, and is willing to trade it with you. Anyway, here is the link, you will find all of the Action Replay codes that Supercheats has on Pokemon pearl. http://www.supercheats.com/nintendods/pokemonpearlcodes2.htm

I was told tHat Darkrai is in the seashore cabin and you use the suit key to open it but I dontknow were it is

Use the Action Replay cheat Walk through anything and go to Fullmoon Island and just walk on the water and you should be at Newmoon Island. I hope this helps.
