How do you get a mach bike and where is Rayqaza, don't know if spilling is right. Don't know if Rayquaza is in Pearl Or Dimand, Sorey for Spelling. My freinds say he/she is.

Oooh boy you are living in the past. There is no mach bike in D/P and rayquaza is not located in either of the game. Instead of mach/acro bike you get one bike with a couple different gears for speed or control.
Rayquaza is in R/S/E and not D/P, legendaries in D/P include dialga/palkia, regigigas, heatran, cresselia, uxie, mesprit, azelf... No rayquaza though, unless you migrate it from R/S/E etc..

Well, I see that you are new to both Pokemon Pearl, and Pokemon Diamond, so let me help you out by clearing up a few things. First of there, know there is no Mach bike, nor is there a Acro bike anymore. The two of them were scrapped for a single bike that can change gears. Rayquaza is not in any of the games. In order to get Rayquaza, you have to cheat, or get someone to trade a Rayquaza to you.

Ok in this game Pokemon Diamond/Pearl there are no Rayquaza nor the those bikes. (Mach Bike and acro bike) But there are knew Legendaries example. Palkia (The Pokemon on pearls front cover) and Dialga (The Pokemon on Diamonds front cover) and there is a new bike with two gears one to slow or faster. Well I hope this sorts everything out.
