How can i incress my friendship with my pokemon faster?

Somewhere ( I don't remember where) you can get an item called a soothe bell which can increase friendship faster. There are also certain berries you can give them that raise friendship. You can also use poffins to increase friendship..........hope I helped.

I would let the hold soothe bell, when they battle do not let them feint. Give them treats, eg protein, carbos. This is how I got my espeon and umbreon.

If you have been going to the massage area everyday, they probably already love you as much as they ever will. You can check your pokemon's happiness level by going to the Footprint professor on Pastoria beach, and he will read your pokemon's friendship level. If it is at it's max, then you will get a ribbon.

In order to increase your Pokemon friendship, you need to not let your Pokemon faint in battle. You can feed him proteins and vitamins to also raise his friendship, and continue to give him massages. After you feel that you have worked on the pokemon's friendship enough, you can go outside into the grass, and level it up.

Put the Pokemon in the front of the party, don't let them faint, and give them good items. E.g. When they have 75/80 hp left give them a hyper potion. (I'm not sure if this one is official but it works with me).
