Hello. I have the lvl89 Rayquaza but I don't understand where to get Draco Meteor. I know some guy said it but I didn't understand. Please give me a detailed description where to find it. Thanks to any that answer!

It is in the sandstorm route of the battle zone. The route is just north of the resort area, and the person that teaches it to your Pokemon is in a house.

It is north of the battle zone. The sandstorm part there is house. This is where the move tutor there.
Lmao, that guy who told you about the Draco meteor was me. In order to get Draco Meteor, you need to go to the Battle island, and head north of the fight area. Soon enough, you will come upon the sandstorm area that I mentioned, and you will see the old man's head.
Oh my god, woops. In my other sub, I meant to say that you will see the guys house, so go inside of it, and ask to him to teach his move to rayquaza. Not his head lol.
