Is their a way to get with of surf on a pokemon

Ummm perhaps you should rephrase your question so I may better understand what the issue really is. If you are asking if you can surf across water on a Pokemon the answer is a resounding yes. If you are asking if there is a way to get off your surfing Pokemon while in the middle of the water, I will say no unless you cheat using an AR or there is an island where you can walk.
If you are asking if it is possible to make it through the game without having a Pokemon with surf the answer is a resounding no. It is imperative to have, and it is one of the best water moves out there. You NEED it to get through many many sections of this game.

I am sorry, but I cannot understand your question that well. Next time you need assistance, please make it clearer. If you are asking if there is a way to get on our pokemon's back without using surf, then my answer is...no. It is not possible to do so, and probably never will. Sorry.

I am sorry but your question is a bit confusing. But if you mean can a Pokemon use surf the answer is use, it is HM 03 it is one of the best water tpe moves in the game.

Yes. You must find someone called the move deleter. I believe it is in the city withe the mall.
