It depends on which pokedex #53 your talking about. Sinnoh:#53 is Combee and you can get it from any honey tree in the region after you've slathered honey on the tree.
National:#53 is Persian and you can get it by evolving Meowth at level 28

#53 is combee, you can get a commbee byputting honey on ahoney tree.

Pokemon number 53 is the bug Pokemon, Combee. The only way to get this Pokemon is to find some honey, and slather it on some orange honey trees. Hope this helps.
