There honestly isn't much left to do. You can try to get 50, or 100 straight wins in the battle tower, or beat the Tower Tycoon. Alternatively, you can try an get all 493 Pokemon in the National pokedex, or level all of your Pokemon up to level 100.

Well, your out of the main story. You can go for five stars on your trainer card, which involves beating the e4, winning a master rank contest, getting the nat. Pokedex completed on owned Pokemon, and other huge acheivements. Or get all you Pokemon to peak fighting condition at level 100.

Ok bring up you map if you can find spring path on their go their and youll find giratina lvl80 ghost/dragon

Well thats really all you can train all your Pokemon to level 100 or capture all 493 pokemon. Hope this helps.

If you want to catch more legendaries, try catching Garantia, cressila, mespirit, regigas if you have not already.
