You cannot just 'get' a Nintendo Event, it does not work like that. You will have to go to Japan in order for you to get to an Event, or you will have to wait for Months at a time and see if they host an Event near you. You can still get the Pokemon that they give away though, see if anyone that has one of the Pokemon will be willing to trade you for it. Hope this helps.

Gamez_Freak answered:

You have to go to a Nintendo Event to get the item/pokemon from it. Nintendo Events are most often held in Japan and the US, but they are held in Europe too.
I'm pretty sure there is a website for it, go to it and find out when the next one for your area will be.

Well, these "Events" are not as common as you think. They appear in New York City and Japan. It is a rare WIFI signal that goes out in extremely rare time. You miss it, you miss it. Nothing more to it.

You may still trade over WIFI, but when I tried, nobody had ANY of the special Pokemon.
