When I Try to start the game when I have a pokesav cheat on, It freezes. Is this normal

To my knowledge, yes it is normal for a pokesav code, since the majority of their codes seem to be corrupted, or just don't work at all. If you need help go and ask all your questions in the Action Replay Forum.
Yea it's normal because some of the codes don't work and will freeze your game.I have experienced it before.
