Where are the invisible stairs to Arceus on Spear Pillar?

Lol, the Stairs are not invisible, they are just not there right now. Once you obtain the Azure Flute, whether from an Action Replay, or from an Nintendo Event it does matter which, go to the Spear Pillar where you fought Palkia. Once you are there, you character will start to play the flute Automatically, once you are located in the correct area.

They're not exactly invisible. They won't show up until you play the Azure flute in the spot that you caught Palkia. The Azure Flute can be gotten 2 ways:
1)[safer, but harder] Go to a nintendo event that is giving it out.
2)[risky, but much easier] Use an Action Replay.

There not invisible.You just ahve to play the Azure Flute for the stairs to show up.If you don't have the Azure Flute you can obtain it by getting it through an Nintendo Event or use an Action Replay.
