In the underground, where is the guy who gives you traps or whatever and does he count if you talk to him 32 times so you can get spiritomb? Thanks.

I'm sorry, but who ever you heard that from was a lie, you have to talk to a friend 32 times. For example, you go in the underground and talk to your friend, and you will both get 1 talk point (i guess) then go out and back in and talk to him again or else you wont get another point.
No, that unfortunately doesn't work. Make a new secret base, and play with a friend. Tell the friend where your new base is, and tell him to hide right outside your base. Talk to him. Go in your base. Go out and talk. Go in and back out to talk over and over and over again, and after a while, you will have enough talking or whatever to catch Spiritomb.

You have to talk to a friend 32 times in order to get spiritomb.
No he does not count how many times you have visited the Underground, and he could be anywhere, he seems to just show up randomly when he pleases. That will not work, if you want to capture a Spiritomb, you must talk to a friend 32 times, or a different friend till you reach 32, then you can go to that odd tower, and find Spiritomb.
The only way to receive Spiritbomb is by talking to a friend 32 times. First you need to make a secret base and he/you need(s) to visit 32 times in order for you to get the Spiritbomb. Also note you must talk to one another 32 times.
