Lets see, to get to the back of the Pokemon League? Why in the world would you need to go back there for, there is nothing back there... Anyways, you can't it is off limits unless you use the Action Replay device, and the walk anywhere cheat, then you could go anywhere that you wanted to.

Well behind the Pokemon leauge to the right back is route 224..u gotta surf somewhere in conquer road and you're in route 224..if you have action replay go all the way up to a white boulder and go up and suprise! Shaymin!
