I battled/talked to the guy outside the Veilstone Galactic HQ a while ago but he never dropped/I never picked up the Storage Key, which isn't there now, and I can't get into the Warehouse because the Storage key doesn't exist. It isn't on the ground, I don't have it in my bag or anything.
Any ideas?

If the the guy is there try talking to him again because one time I frogot that I forgot to save and thought the same thing but since I did not save I battled him agian and all was fine hope it is the same for you if not (id try only as a last resort) you might have to restart the game sorry
