In case you don't alredy have it you go to route 209 and find this big tower with a guy standing in front of it. Go in BUT be prepard to battle! In the tower there are a lot of traners and a ton of gost pokemon! Get to the top and talk to both of the old ladys up there, and one will give you the HM strangth and the other will help you get out of the tower easer. Then go to route 218 and use surf to go to canalave city and beat Byronthe gym leader there. You can then use strangth outside of battle. P.S. While you are at route 218 cetch a glamow, you know the cat, and train it. It is REALLY GOOD!
