I need the best way to get arceus

I need to get arcues badly, if anyone knows how to get it tell me please

Do you have an Action Replay? The answer to this question is the answer to "Is it possible to get Arceus?". If you do have an Action Replay, use a code to get the Arceus Event. Walk into the pokemart holding L+R, and talk to the green man. He will give you the Azure Flute (sometimes called Heaven Pipe). Take this to the place where you captured Palkia/ Dialga, and a magic stairway will appear. Save your game and go up the stairs. When you get to the top, the foght will begin.
