Missing pokemon

I know, that this is alot of info to give, and if your willing to give it to me, it will be GREATLY appreciated.. Im missing 8 Pokemon to complete my pokedex. Numbers# 46,63,65,80,102,114,115,134. If anyone could tell me were I can see these Pokemon, or who I need to battle? Please tell. Thanks.

For the Natl. Dex D=Diamond P=Pearl

46=Paras= D and P-Pastoria Great Marsh(after Natl. Dex Obtained.)
63=Abra= D and P- Rt's 203,215, trade for Machop on Oreburgh City
65=Alakazam= D and P- trade a Kadabra
80=Slowbro= P only- Make Slowpoke level to Lv 37
102=Exeggcute= D and P-Pastoria Great Marsh(after Natl. Dex Obtained.)
114=Tangela= transfer from GBA leaf green or fire red
115=Kanghaskan= D and P-Pastoria Great Marsh(after Natl. Dex Obtained.)
134=Vaporeon= Use Water Stone on Eevee
All these can be traded from the GBA too.

I'm playing Pokemon Pearl and I'm missing a Pokemon in sinnoh dex. I didn't get national dex yet. The Pokemon number is #098. I did some research and it seems to be krabby. I can't get anywhere else until I complete my sinnoh dex. Can someone tell me where I can see or find one?
