You could migrate it from Emerald, or ruby, or Sapphire ,and catch it in the the Pal park, and you'll have one. OR you might want to try the owner of the Pokemon Mansion, talk to him, agree with him, then go into his Garden. If your lucky a Castform will show up, a different rare Pokemon shows up each day.

Ok to get a castform go to the guy at the mansion that owns the garden stand in front of him then save say your jelous twice and he will tell you a story if it's about castform go to the garden if not turn off your game and do it again till you get it
