One, you can start all the way over on fire red/leaf green/emerald/ruby/sapphire, and migrate a Pokemon holding the master ball a billion times, or two, you can use an Action replay!

First have a Pokemon emerald with you, have a Pokemon hold the master ball and clone him a bunch of times so you can have a bunch of masterballs next migrate 6 and then change the date to one day later so you can migrateb once more and do this until you have as many masterballs as you can

but doesnnt the mastr ball stay with the pokemon, so you cant really useeeee it?
