Ditto in hoenn

Hey everybodyi was wondering if there was a way to get a ditto from any of the hoenn versions i.e. Sapphire, ruby, emerald
Because I read that there is only one chance to get a ditto in hoenn.

There are plenty of opportunities to get ditto in sinnoh and hoenn. There is no need to panic at all. In D/P you have to use the pokeradar which can be a bit tedious. In R/S/E you can get loads of ditto's after you get the national dex, and all you have to do is migrate them. There are lots in the fossil maniacs house underground in hoenn.

Apparently (I only heard this from a friend) it is impossible to get Ditto in R/S without trading. In emerald, get the National Dex and pay another visit to the Fossil Nerd near Fallabor Town. I find it easiest to migrate Ditto to D/P, but if you want to do it the hard way i.e, searching with the radar then that's fine as well.
