Question for Pokemon Pearl

Where can you get wall climb when I do get it I want to know. oh and my friend needs help finding it so help us please.

You go to the place where it's snowing and you will find a house. (Eventually) He'll say he's lost something. If you find it (it should be above his house in the snow) take it to him. He'll say that he doesn't need it and he'll give it to you. It's Rock Climb!

Hi. I'll help you.
I don't know about any "wall climb", but if you're talking about HM08, Rock Climb, then it is going to be the pokeball right behind the first house you see when traveling up Route 217, the one with the blizzard. If thats not it, then I don't know what you're are talking about. P.S. Also on that route, you'll find an Iron, a TM07 (Hail), seven trainers to battle, and two houses. In the first one, the man says he lost his rock cllimb. If you get it and give it to him, then he'll let you keep it and give you an Icecicle Plate. In the second house, the woman will give you a free spell tag (Lots of free stuff, lol). Above the second house, you will find a rock covered in ice. If you level up an Eevee in the grass around it, then it will evolve into a Glaceon.

You know. The snowy route. I'm not sure what the name of the route is though. But it is behind a house.
