The Pokenav isn't in Pearl.

Alright the other person is right there is no pokenav. But there is a poketch and to get it you talk to the guy who is in jubilife city inbetween the trainers' school and the Pokemon center and he will tell you to find the three clowns, answer the questions right get the three cupons they give you than give it to the first guy and in return he will give you the poketech. The poketech does lots of things that the pokenav did and lots more.
