You can do 2 things. First, go to the action replay cheats list, and post your question but title it "Request" then look for the answers to it. Second, and what I recommend, go to the Pokemon action replay forum and ask away there. You might get a lot of replies.

What code section. If you want to make a submission, you need to go to the "Submit Stuff/Ask Questions"then it will say what system,then pick action replay code, and pick Pokemon Pearl. It takes up to a day for a submission to get accepted. I hope this helped.
