When does evolution happen

I'm on level 84 and my pokemons have not yet evolved and in my Pokemon info it says it's not possible now.
How can I make my pokemons evolve???

Well you need to complete your game (beat Darkrai and recruit Manaphy and Cresselia.)Then recruit Palkia and Dialga(I don't know whether you have to recruit Dialga or not.)If you are picachu skitty or munchlax you need an item aswell. : ) hope I help

I had the same problem before but here is the way. You have to befriend Palkia and defeated Dialga and Darkrai in the storyline. This is the only way to evolve depending on the Pok�mon. Hope this helps you out.

You need to beat the game and see Manaphy again to evolve.

You should beat the game by:
1) beating dialga
2) recruiting cresselia,manaphy and palkia
3) do as many missions as you want and
Heres a trick..get lots of boxes and trade at the croagank shop..keep trading ..you will eventually get an item for whatever pok� you are. Now give yourself that item and read evoloution status on your 'summary'.

-And then wallah!! You should now be able to evolve.

EASY WAY-Beat darkrai, 3 jobs, chatot says manaphy returns, say YES to recruit manaphy, 3 more jobs, manaphy says he found marin resort, beat it and the Ursarings say you MIGHT be able to evolve (which you can)
NOTE-SOME Pokemon NEED CERTAIN IQ SKILLS/ITEMS/BOTH TO EVOLVE!
Complicated way- recruit palkia (and dialga [optional])
