I just beated garadose and I hav no idea what to do. I have done Sentry duty and also done a couple of jobs on the job bulletin board and outlaw notice board. What should I do so I can get to the next part.

Garadose? Do you mean Gyrados? You don't fight Gyrados as a boss in here. Do some more Jobs, Duties, and Outlaws, and talk to some Pokemon to get any valuable info that could trigger story events.
Kinda what he said is true but do sentry duty and jobs or go and recruit uxie and them will do it took me about 6 or 7 days before I got to the next part k.
Now you got to keep doing missions and then after a while go to the guild and there will be no one of the board floor. And the go down to the next floor and you will see team charm.team charm will take you to aeiges cave which is where you battle the regis
