How do I evolve my starters?

Everyone keeps saying that you can evolve when you have beaten Darkrai and recruited Dialga and Palkia, which I have done and I have been to Luminous Spring and I can't evolve. Why can't I evolve?



Comment:(May 30 2009) thanks guys i evolved but i was bored so i started the whole game again and i am now trying to defeat palkia..zzzz

me and my partner are level 70 each i think palkia is level 48 right? i threw a doom seed at it and it dropped to lvl 47 lol

Comment:(May 30 2009) it couldnt have been requirements, my pokemon was chimchar and my partner was piplup both lvl 100 i think but that game ended so........

You might not have all the requierments like a sertin level or a item.

You need Manaphy to tell you about the Marine Resort. Then you can Evolve!

Mattyisbest3 you and your partner can't evolve yet but all your other Pokemon should be able to by now.

Some Pokemon, like Pikachu, need stones to evolve. Your partner should evolve at Lv. 18 and again at Lv. 36, depending on the Pokemon. It may also be at Lv. 16 and Lv 32.

After you beat darkrai go on 3 misions (dont matter what they are) manaphy raterns go on 3 more missions manaphy will show you where the bee resorts

its pretty easy all u gotta do is recruit palkia manaphy and idk about dialga

Keep doing missions and one day the two urisangs will tell you that at luminous spring the atmosphere has changed.Then go there an you should be able to evolve
