I thinks it's more than 5 if I remember right before I started a new game I think my lucario had 7 stars mabey I'm pretty sure it did

It will say your iq did not go up wen you eat a gummi
And check you're iq, it will say MAX

No ur all wrong but shiny lugia came close.
I've gone max IQ with my piplup cos when i feed it a gummi it sais that my IQ won't go up any more and I have 11 stars.
