What do I need to do to get dialga to join my team.And is it possible to get palkia in this game?

You need to go back to the beach, talk to lapars, and go back to temperal tower. Then fight dialga again and dialga might join youre team. You can get palkia on the game.
All you need to do is do what game master said and he will definately join youre team. And yes you can get palkia but I don't no how much hp he has when you battle him ( I at him now and I need to no)
To get palkia you need to go to spacial rift by doing sevral things and defeat him then do some more things then defeat darkrai then go back to spacial rift somehow defeat palkia then he will ask to join youre team and you and your original partner can evolve (i need to cause I'm lv 100) WARNING: PALKIA IS STRONG IM LEVEL 100 And I'm a fire type but can't beat him!!!
