You can get munchlax as one of your starter or you can recruit it throgh a job. Here is a wondermailcode for one.

I was a Munchlax starter on a corrupted emulator, but you need a 'Stately Silver' Aura and either Lazy or relaxed type (didn't get a good look at the type), so go for the lazy/relaxed answers at the start if you wish to be a Munchlax starter.
