When turning on your game, when you're on the game's title menu, select "Wonder Mail", then select "Receive Wonder Mail" and then select "Password". Input this password: %1T7 #TWY J+96 0-47 &W@= J+Q@
You'll get a mission to do, and once you've done it, you'll get the Sun Ribbon.

Note, I haven't tried this code out myself, so if it doesn't work or you don't get what you want, let me know.
