You can just exit the Dungeon and make Wonder Mail Codes. If you already opened a path, such as the "ICE" and "ROCK" path, it will remain open. Make Wonder Mail codes that will get you a S-Rock and E-Rock as the Quest's reward.
One way is just to look at the recruitment list in the dungeon, if you don't see e on the floor your on go to the next it takes a while but if you have the patience it's the most simple way.
Just open your menu while your in the dungeon go to others and click on recruitment search you can see all the Pokemon that are on that floor if the unknown you are looking for are not on the list then go to the next floor.
