You have to become a cyndaquil from the start and say that your a female.

Im a female cyndaquil it's quite easy, If your a CALM time you are a Cyndaquil so select the carlmish answers in the questiony thing and keep trying! 
this worked for me, since I got it first time -remember to click female!!- ^^
