You can get it at Marine Resort which is very rare or you can get it through a Wonder Mail Code or someone can give it to you as a present through via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Thank-You Mail.

You can find Friend Bows in Marine Resort, but there's very rare. You could also use Wondermail Codes to recieve the item.

Forget about the friend bows get some golden masks instead because they are better! If you want some just use upokecenter.com AMAZING wondermail generator!
