Get reviver seeds,sleep seeds and oran berries and then have good luck. Hope I helped

I recommend taking Reviver Seeds, Sleep Seeds, and Oran Berries. Now, make sure your team is about up to level 55+. After all of this, you should be fine when fighting Primal Dialga.

Like the others said a technique for any legendary is Reviver Seeds and other useful seeds like Sleep Seeds or useful moves like Charmander's Smokescreen that prevents him from attacking.

Bring your reviver seeds and sleep seeds and other useful attacks then when facing him use your first turn to make any weak recurits or partners run away while you handle him, unless they know a useful attack they can use first, so they do not waste your seeds. BEWARE of his Roar of Time.

Throw a sleep seed at him and then use super effective or strong moves to weaken him down when he awakes use any other seeds you can use or a sleep or confusion move.

Then after a couple of strong attacks he should go down then Congrats! You have completed the game now get ready for the exciting post-game story!

Reviver seeds and a long distance move like flamethrower, discharge and energy ball because primal dialga has the intimidator IQ skill so physical attcks wont work well.

Also if you are short on sleep seeds, X-eye seeds work just as well but he can still move in random directions.

Lol really!?! It so easy! My team is wait WAS lv. 44 Pikachu with Thunder, Dig, Discharge, and Slam+1. My partner lv 43 Cyndaquil with Lava Plume, Smokescreen, Flamethrower, and Fire Blast. No reviver seeds, no sleep seeds, no nothing. Our combo ROCKS!!!
