What do you do after you beat the grandmaster of all things bad???

After you beat wigglytuff and the guild, you can begin your post story adventure. Near the Kecleon shop, talk to Mr. Mime and he will tell you about Blizzard Island. Go there to rescue Scizor and earn the secret rank.

Basically, you talk to Mr. Mime and he'll send you on another mini-adventure and your story will continue.

Whenever you beat Wigglytuff and the guild, you can continue with the post story. Go near the Kecleon Shop. You'll find Mr. Mime. Talk to him. You will be told about Blizzard Island. You can get the Secret Rank from Scizor when you have him.

After beating wigglytuff talk to mr mime in town and go 2 blzzard island.beat scizor and get the secret rank. Then talk 2 sunflora to go to surrounded sea and get a manaphy egg from the last room. Then do some quests for a few days and go the guild to meet a another team called Team Charm and go to aegis cave.

Ok...do two or so jobs...and talk to Mr. Mime outside guild. He sends you on to blizzard island. Do about 3 jobs... Then talk to corphish outside guild...talk to sunflora on bottom of guild. Go to surrounded sea...get Wonder Egg, raise baby manaphy and release. I've told you a lot.. Lol.. Anything else just look on Bulbapedia.
