The higher level you are, the higher chances of recruitment
These Items raise it
Golden Mask
Friend Bow
Amber Tear

If you have the Secret stoneplate AND the Enigma part in your bag you will definately see a legendary (if you are in the right dungeon)
Dark Crater
Mystery Jungle
Happy Outlook
Spacial Rift
