Which dungeons have the most reviver seeds you can find?

There really isn't a place that has the most reviver seeds. It's all randomized throughout the full game. The only place you can really get them is the Kecleon Shop in Treasure Town.

I had the most luck in aegis cave

You can find them in most dungeons, as rare as they may be. But the best way to get reviver seeds is from Sentry Duty on the bottom floor of the guild.

If you identify all the visitors correctly, then you get a Def. Scarf, a heal seed, and a reviver seed. It's really easy, and you do get a crapload, surprisingly. A good schedule (I think) is to check the boards for any simple missions with reviver seeds as rewards, accept them, then go downstairs for sentry duty, collect your rewards, then you get transported back to Sharpedo Bluff, and from there you can just keep heading East, do your missions, then repeat what you did again.

Or search the ultimate Pokemon center in google or something, you can find a wondermail generator for this game. You can then create your own wondermails which have reviver seeds as rewards.
Sorry if you think that might be cheating or something, but it's the only way I know how to get a load of reviver seeds.
And using this, you can also get golden seeds, which boost your level by 5 when you eat them.
