I'm on the part of fighting Darkrai, and I can't beat him. Not the old "I KEEP DIEING! HELP" kind of can't beat, though. Me (Pikachu) & my partner (Squirtle) keep attacking him, but it always ends up as a miss or "Pikachu/Squirtle didn't attack! Darkrai's intimadator IQ skill made it cring". But also, Darkrai never attacks after I beat his minnions. It just ends up "Darkrai is watching Carfuly". Can someone tell me why this is happining?

Try using a throwing item (iron thorn,silver spike, maybe even a sleep seed) at him.Or use a ranged attack like aura sphere, water gun, hydro pump, quick attack, you get the idea. As for the "darkrai is watching carefully" thing, The only reason I can think of is some action replay code went screwy or has an extra effect.
Try using an attack that hits all the enemies in the room like Blizzard, Discharge, ect.
Try getting a lot of of gummies so you can use the itimidator iq against him. Or you cane teach agility to pikachu when it learns or go to the electivire link shop and relearn it so you will defaet darkrai and his minnions before he gets the chance to use double team to much. Also the darkrai is watching carefully thing happened to me but it probaly happens because it used double team so much that it knows it's almost impossible for you to even attack it. Another idea is to get a Pokemon with a move that raises it's accuracy or a Pokemon that with a move that lowers darkrai's acuracy like sand attack for example.
If you have dialga use roar of time and it will do like 200 damage to each and kill each except darkrai :D
Make sure your Pokemon are level 100 and you will be able to defeet him more easly and try not to us electric attacks until you defeet rhyperior so it lightning rod abillity isnt a probblem
Ok first get lots of reivive seads (you get them at guild) then it's battling
You need reivive seeds(about 3 pages
A sleep seed and a totter seed
And that should keep you going
First thow a sleep seed at darkrai so it can't attack you
If your Pokemon are on lvl 100 then leave squrtle to handle the left
And you help your acctent (cresselia)
Due to shes weak you help her defet the right minons
After if cresselia dies due to revive seeds she restores her health
Then if darkrai is away and your stil battling use the totter seed
After your done because darkrai is confused you use discharge or your parter uses a move aswell
After you battle darkrai
Then you defeated him!!!!
Note:don't give darkia a revive seed or when he dies he comes back
