Yes you can you have to beat canalave gym and then sail to iron island and beat the 2 grunts with your partner riley I think and then you will get riolus egg from the person you are partnered with in the beginning of the cave

Yes you can get them both but only in explores of time.

U can Get Riolu on the game by using this wonder mail on the stat screen.

you can get riolu by going to crystal cave. You can recruit them there

On time you can get roulu at crystal cave

If I'm not right then don't get me wrong but it occurs to me you can get riolu buy either doing the following things:

*complete a mission and get a egg for the reward

*send a wonder mail

*find a riolu in sight in a dungeon and after you battle it the wild Pokemon may want to join your team (beware you need to ring the bell in the chimecho assembly for this to happen)

*you could get a reputation at the start for a riolu for getting poing on brave and the gender is require to be a certain

Gyarados can use hydro pump if you have an infernape use pikachu because fire type are weak aganist water type attacks eletric type has the abilltie to parlayze attacks so if you have a pikachu and riolu use thunder bolt to parlayze gyarados and teach riolu to learn focus punch and let pikachu use aglitty to boost their speed attaks and moves and then use riolu aure sphere then use pikachu quick attack then use to learn hidden power which is a normal type move then you riolu focus blast.

You can get it as a starter I know because I had him before but couldent save because it died while I was coming home from the beach

According to Serebii.net, you cannot get riolu as a started in Time/Darkness. You need to recruit it via wonder mail. As for Lucario, I'm not sure if you can get it via wonder mail. The wonder mail generator doesn't have Lucario as an option, so maybe not..

You can get it in crystal cave but to evolve it you need a sun ribbon and raise it's iq up to 1 1/2 stars
