Can you get deoxys in darkness and if you can then where and how to get the area?

In both Darkness and Time, Deoxys is available for recruting. You first have to defeat Primal (Dark) Dialga. Once done so, go to Shimmer Hill (if unlocked). You also have to have either the Stone Plate or the Mystery Part in your bag. If you have one of those items in your bag, Deoxys will appear on the 17th floor.
