So I have beat the game and I have received the secret rank from scizor but how do I get my starter and my second Pokemon to evolve?-i thought that there might be a walkthrough but there isn't....help would definitely be appreciated...i started with chimchar and piplup-the evolution relic said tht there was something wrong with space...?

I have beaten the game too but I don't think you can because it still says there is something wrong with space
A lot of people are having trouble with this but I have beaten the game and evolved my starters and the way to do it is long but this is how you do it.After you have gotten the secret rank from scizor you have to go to the Surrounded Sea (If I remember it sould only be 20 floors)and at the end of the dungeon walk up and get the manaphy egg.When it hatches go get two blue gummies and give them to it.After everything do a mission or two and you will see a cut scene and go to the ageis cave and you have to beat it(I dunno if I spelled that right or not)you will learn about it from a team called "Team Charm" (Dont worry a cut scene will happen when they come and make sure you beat the dungeon).After that a cut scene will happen and you have to help Azuril. When you beat that dungeon you sould see a cut scene and just do a mission and then go to bed and repeat untill you are awakened by a certain Pokemon and then go through his dungeon and beat him then another cut scene will happen and it will tell you to go to a place called "Dark Crater" beat that place then go recruit that certain Pokemon that woke you up (I don't want to say his name because I don't want to spoil it for you and also I have read people saying that you have to recruit dialga as well but I'm not sure.) and then wait a few days (I think I had to wait 4 days) and when you wake up chatot will come see you and say someone is back and wait a few more days and that Pokemon that came back will tell you about a place called "Marine Resort" (you don't have to go through this dungeon) and you sould be able to evolve.
P.S. I might have some of these missions misplaced but just follow the story and you sould be able to evolve because I was able to.Also I hoped I helped.
You have to beat darkrai and palkia and primal dialga 2. Then get Manaphy to join and go to Luminious Spring For you can evolve but just make sure you are high enough of your lvl.
