Can you get all Pokemon just like you can in the original and if there are version specific Pokemon can you get them by wonder mail or something?

You can get almost all Pokemon in this game. But Shaymin and Arceus are said not to be in this game; Mewtwo and Celebi are exclusive for Darkness and Time respectively and cannot be obtain in the other version in any way.
There are some other exclusives for each version but they can be activated to appear in other version by the means of Wonder Mail.
