Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I'm currently trying to get past Lightning Field, and I'm having trouble. My Swampert is lvl 49 currently, and am currently training a Bulbasaur. What Pokemon should be on my team to help me get past it, and the Northern Winds dungeon. If it's not too much, could you also recommend levels on entering the dungeons?

Northwind Field is a challenging dungeon because it has Delibird with Present which can deal set damage on your Pokemon and Politoed which can kill you by Perish Song. Don't ever bring Bulbasaur in this dungeon because if you leave it unattended, it can be killed easily. Some suggestion: when you see Muk, Delibird, Politoed, use your moves instead of A button attack to kill it at once. Also bring 3 or more Reviver Seed. I suggest solo in this dungeon.
Minimum Recommended level: 50+.

First of all, OH MY GOSH IT'S UMBREON DUDE YOU'RE TOTALLY THE BEST!!!! Well, I have a Charizard and a Raichu and beat it (It was hard). Try to get up to level 50 somethingish. Use an Electric type, like Raichu. Of course, Teach that Swampert Earthquake, and it'll be unstoppable.

Use any strong fire type like charizard of blaziken.also teach your swampert earthquake.
