Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

Hi, does anyone have any suggestions on getting Deoxys on my team? I've tried so many times with my strongest member (Swampert lv 87) and beaten it but it just won't join!!! I tried bringing the Friend Bow with me but that didn't work either. Please help.

Try becoming a lvl 100, (higher than gold rank), with friend bow.

Just keep trying, level up 3 more level to Lv90 and hold Friend Bow when encounter it. That should increase the chance a lot. Try killing it in less than 3 turns (although this suggestion has no proof but the Pokemon is likely to join when you kill it fast). Good luck

Nevermind I got to lv 92, gave it a Friend Bow and took it out in 1 hit (dive), then Deoxys joined. =] Disappointing though that he's only level 35.

Buy his friend area then battle him and you should get him on the first try.i did
