Munchlax is pretty random. He just appears. Give him some food and he'll be happy. The Munch Belt raises your Attack and Special Attack, but makes your Belly go down faster.
Munchlax appears at random, I haven't even seen him. Munch Belt raises your Att.
Um..Ya Munchlax is kind of random and Munch belt raises your attack and...defense I believe but makes your belly go down faster but yes Munchlax does appear and yyes there is such thing as a munch belt whoever said they werent were 2 types of crazy.
