A Wish Stone. It's something only useful if you ever make it to the end of Wish Cave and meet Jirachi.
Don't ask your question twice. You get a Wish Stone for Jirachi at the end of the cave.
You get a Wish stone and then you can go to jirachi on the 99th floor and use the wish stone and then you can make a wish.
The best wish would probably be "wish for something gooD"(this makes a Pokemon recruit your team that you havent got)

The reward is a wish stone, thats the only reward they give you

The wish stone is the reward, it can be used to get a wish from jirachi, either all the moneyin the dungeon, all items in the dungeon or a ranking up, or a new Pokemon that you don't have
